I'M ALESSIA SANTORO

I am Alessia Santoro, I am 25 years old and I currently live and work in Paris. My educational background includes a degree in Fashion design obtained at NABA (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti) university in Milan.

I am Junior fashion designer at FRNCH, a Parisian fashion brand focused on RTW womenswear. FRNCH is a growing reality, in which our creation team made up of 4 people (including me) takes care of the entire development of each collection, starting from the concept up to the launches for each product category (from woven to knitwear , from accessories to jewellery). This small company has allowed me, and allows me every day, to expand and perfect my knowledge and skills on the entire creative process of a collection, without leaving any category behind.

The main tasks I deal with are research, the development of new garments for each collection, the creation of technical files for launches, participation in all meetings regarding fabric/colour choices, garment approval and fitting for defect removal or fitting for production, and finally organization and participation in e-shop and lookbook shootings. Every day we are in close contact with the production and sales team to allow us to give our best and analyze the progress of the collections.

 

I am a determined, patient, capable person and always willing to grow and learn. What characterizes me is seriousness, organization and reliability.

 

I am an emerging designer ready to get involved, to face new challenges and to make new experiences to assimilate as much knowledge and skills as possible.
